If you are scheduled for sign-in please arrive by 6:00pm to ensure you are there as the boys start arriving.
For sign-out, please plan to stay until all Woodlands Trail boys are signed out which should be by 8:30pm unless there is something after the meeting(ie. committee meeting, dodgeball, etc)
Leaders, if you can not cover sign-in or sign-out for your scheduled time, please notify the Ranger, Ryan Turner, ASAP
